Locations

San Jose area
San Jose (central valley area) is known for it's climate whereby very few people choose to air condition their homes due to The vast number of the great climate at 4000 feet.
The vast number of fine real estate projects featuring homes, condos and high rise to choose from combined with shopping, health care and great dining makes this the number one choice area.

Atenas Puriscal
Atenas boasts the best climate in the world. It has become a Mecca for retirees of all countries. The new highway from the capital will make this a 15 minute journey to San Jose and 30 minutes to the beach. It's mountains, climate, people and charming village has won over all visit.
Puriscal has very similar amenities with gorgeous views and at present has some price advantages. The new road will make this a very short trip to the capital as well. Prime building lots and homes are available in a variety of price ranges.

Central Pacific
