Marinas are now a reality in the central Pacific of
Costa Rica. There are currently three.

Los Sueños Marina
with 200 wet slips, 100 dry slips, fuel dock, and
full-time staff the Los Sueños marina is the
ultimate full service port for many luxury sport
fishing boats and luxury yachts. Our wet slips
accommodate vessels from 30 to 180 feet in length,
while the dry storage spaces accommodate vessels
under 35 feet in length.
Marina Pez Vela
will offer services rivaling those of any
first-class, five-star marina resort. And our
full-service marina facility, as the largest in all
of Central America, will create a major destination
for Pacific boating and fishing enthusiasts.
Under construction are 300 concrete floating dock
slips that will accommodate boats up to 200 feet.
The marina will have the only full-service repair
facility for hundreds of miles complete with 75 and
200-ton Travel-Lifts, unique to all of Central
America. Marina Pez Vela will also include a fully
staffed maintenance facility capable of any repairs
or service required.
Punta Bocana is
a work in progress by one of Costa Rica's leading
developers. It perfectly located and is a full
service resort destination complete with Marina. The
beach club concept is a design of rustic chic style
integrating the natural site element with playful
natural stone of Volcanic plate and mixed with other
natural elements. This will truly be one of Costa
Rica's primer projects.
