destination for retiring Americans. Lifestyle costs

all project loans last November. It was designed to save

in a unit at today's pricing, rent it until you are ready to
retire and when the time comes, move in yourself. The
alternative is to rent it and sell for the gain when you are
ready to retire.

waiting on a market that has demonstrated a failure to
perform for the average IRA investor.
