Grupo Real Sambon will manage the Home Owner Association in conjunction with the development of Macaw’s Ocean Club. Responsibilities of the G.R.S. will be to maintain all common areas until all units have been purchased. At such time the owner’s may elect to take over control and operation of the Home Owner’s Association of Macaw’s Ocean Club.
