This is a very nice areas 20 minutes before jac o beach.    There arfe a number of homes and condos av ailable at varying price s from moderate to high end.  It is a very poipular area due to its beautiful pprovate beaches  and the Punta Leona Resort.  Memberships for residents are available as wll.
